Art Basel Miami Beach returns to the Miami Beach Convention Center this December 1-4, featuring 269 leading galleries divided among a number of distinct exhibition sectors. These sectors include Galleries, Nova, Positions, Edition, Kabinett, Survey, Public, Film, Magazines, and more. These presentations are complemented by a program of talks and conversations, programmed by Mari Spirito. In conjunction with Art Basel Miami Beach, the Colony Theatre hosts a screening of Maura Axelrod’s film Maurizio Cattelan: Be Right Back (2016) on December 2, beginning at 8:30 pm; a conversation between Axelrod and Art Basel film curator Marian Masone will follow the screening.
