Friday, May 8, 99¢ Plus Gallery hosts Art Shop II, an unconventional fundraiser for an equally unconventional exhibition space. The Brooklyn gallery has invited 9 curators from New York galleries to select 11 artists, ranging from the emerging to the established, who will each donate an original work to be sold for $9.99 at Art Shop II. Participating galleries include Good Work Gallery, Greenpoint Terminal Gallery, Harbor Gallery, Interstate Projects, Kimberly-Klark, Outlet, Signal, Three Four Three Four, and 99¢ Plus Gallery.
