Wednesday, June 25, William Holman gallery opens “Gatekeeper,” a new exhibition with Liene Bosque, Sinta Tantra, and Kate Gilmore. Inspired by the writings of philosopher Martin Heidegger, the exhibition addresses ideas of social access and privilege. The artists present a variety of visualizations of stratified social terrain, patterns of movement through such spaces, and possibilities for alternate experiences. The exhibition includes cast architectural sculptures from Liene Bosque, some apparently inlaid or backlit with LEDs, abstractly cartographic prints by Sinta Tantra, and photographs and performance documentation from Kate Gilmore.

The gallery hosts a reception Wednesday, June 25 at 6 pm.
