Tonight, 3–6pm, is the Yerba Buena Gallery walk Spring 2013, an afternoon showcasing the artistic offerings of the Yerba Buena neighborhood between Market and Harrison and 2nd and 5th Streets in downtown San Francisco.
13 renowned galleries open their doors for visitors to enjoy exhibitions, events, and refreshments, highlighting the area as a home of art and culture in the city of San Francisco and providing an unforgettable opportunity to engage with the diverse art community in the area. Kick off the festivities by joining in a toast at 2pm at Crown Point Press, and end your day at the After Party at Temple Night Club from 6 to 8pm.
Yerba Buena is home to a thriving art scene, offering unique spaces for the work of contemporary, local, international, established, and emerging artists, and the Spring Gallery Walk is a wonderful opportunity to explore the galleries’ wide array of movements and mediums, interact with other art fans from all over the Bay Area, and enjoy complimentary refreshments provided by neighborhood eateries.
