WE are a fan of Gallery 16, not just because Griff is awesome, or the fact that we are having our issue 10 release party there on August 10th…but there is an amazing show up right now from Tucker Nichols…go check it out before it comes down. Also go check him out at SFMOMA right now too.

Tuckers’ show features bulletin boards over flowing with drawings, a fleet of sandwich boards and large wall installations. In conjunction, with his large wallpaper commission at the SFMOMA, Stockhouse takes the loose form of a studio or warehouse where the wallpaper may have been made or stored. Tucker’s project not only comments on an imagined studio practice, but also the reality of his relationship with Gallery 16. The design and production of the piece was created here at Gallery 16 and Urban Digital Color.
