Natasha Boas, PhD is a San Francisco–based international independent curator, writer, and professor of contemporary art. She has been curating for over 25 years for institutions including the Pompidou Center, the Magasin de Grenoble and the Contemporary Jewish Museum and has organized over 100 exhibitions ranging from solo shows of Louise Bourgeois, Bill Viola, Annette Messager, James Turrell, Clare Rojas and Sister Corita Kent to major group exhibitions including, most recently, "ENERGY THAT IS ALL AROUND: Mission School: Chris Johanson, Margaret Kilgallen, Barry McGee, Alicia McCarthy and Ruby Neri" at the Grey Art Gallery, NYU and Walter and McBean Galleries, SF.
